POAs
The Power of Attorney (or Attorney-In-Fact) document usually contains language allowing the POA to convey (sell) real property. DGRE Services has extensive, in-the- trenches experience working with POA’s and the specific skills required to navigate the sale of real property by POA including recording requirements, and correct execution of legal documents relating to the sale.
Trusts
Selling real property in a trust can be complicated, and every trust is constructed a little differently. At DGRE Services, we have sold many properties over the years held in Trust, and are extremely well-versed in the process and steps required to navigate and obtain a successful outcome. We are extremely experienced at working in partnership with Elder Law Attorneys who create the trusts (and who also refer to us), and all of our home sale options are available to properties owned by a trust.
Estates
At DGRE Services we have sold many homes over the years in Estates and/or in Probate. In these situations, family members are grieving from the loss of their loved one, but they also have to sell the home that was owned by the deceased. Once the required legal steps have been completed, DGRE Services can provide home sale options that relieve this burden, yet while still maximizing the net proceeds from the sale.
